What each course does and does not include (paid courses only)

All our courses include:

• All courseware from quality suppliers - we search out the best in the world
• Access to Platinum Training's test lab - use this to set up your own network or just pull our PCs apart to see how they work
• Tea , Coffee, Energy drinks - Redbull etc, juice and biscuits
• After course access to trainers
• Career advice and assistance
• Exam advice and access to exam prep materials
• A trainer who is both qualified and has an in depth knowledge of the product they teach
• A fully ergonomic chair and desk with 1 (or more) PC per student
• 9 student maximum per classroom

Our courses exclude:

• Lunch - There are so many great places to eat in the area why should we tell you where to eat. Maybe join the group for lunch somewhere close. We have a list at reception of places to eat.
• A corporate attitude and price - we leave that to the experts.
• Exam Costs - Contact VUE or Prometric to schedule your exams
  (approx $300.00 NZD per exam).

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
Students may cancel courses 7 working days from the start date of the course and receive a full refund unless courseware has already been issued to the student.

If exceptional circumstances are proven we may (at our discretion) give you a refund based on the circumstances involved if cancellation is later than 7 days.

We are not obliged to refund... so be nice to us and we will be nice to you! If something comes up that may affect your ability to take a course contact us as soon as possible.

Platinum Training reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrolment or circumstances beyond its control.

Transfers
You may transfer a place with another person as long as they meet the course requirements, payment is received for the course and the course has not yet started.

Payment for courses
Full payment for courses must be made 7 working days before the start of the course unless credit arrangements have been made with Platinum Training in advance.

At the point of booking your place on each course a 50% deposit is required.

Retake policy
If a student fails a test they may retake that course free of charge.
